Richard Baer was born on April 28, 1928 in New York City, New York, USA. He is a writer and producer, known for The Love Boat (1977), The Brady Bunch (1969) and The Partridge Family (1970). Baer attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he earned a degree in journalism.
