The Royal Shakespeare Company ( RSC) is a major British theatre company, based in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, England. The company employs over 1,000 staff and opens around 20 productions a year. The RSC plays regularly in London, Stratford-upon-Avon, and on tour across the UK and internationally.
We perform plays by Shakespeare and his contemporaries, as well as commissioning a wide range of original work from contemporary writers. Our purpose is to ensure that Shakespeare is for everyone, unlocking the power of his plays and live performance, throughout the UK and across the world.

This is its European premiere. Playwright and Director Diyan Zora directs. Recent work includes Mom, How Did You Meet The Beatles (Chichester) and Tom Fool. (Orange Tree Theatre). English is presented in association with Kiln Theatre, London and will transfer there in June 2024. The Other Place, Stratford-upon-Avon.
