Rueben Abuchi Chinyelu (born 30 September 2003) is a Nigerian basketball player who plays for the Florida Gators, and for the Nigeria national team. He previously played for the Washington State Cougars. He plays as center and is a graduate of the NBA Academy Africa.

Apr 18, 2024 · Florida men's basketball added 6-foot-11 sophomore center Rueben Chinyelu to its 2024 transfer class, head coach Todd Golden announced on Thursday. After playing his freshman season at Washington State, Chinyelu (pronounced chin-YAY-loo) becomes the second transfer to sign with UF this offseason, alongside forward Sam Alexis of Chattanooga.
