Rybinsk (Russian: Рыбинск, IPA: [ˈrɨbʲɪnsk]) is the second-largest city of Yaroslavl Oblast in Russia. It lies at the confluence of the Volga and Sheksna rivers, 267 kilometres (166 mi) north-north-east of Moscow.
