Mini Bio. Mr Salah M. Hassanein was born in 1921 in Egypt. He attended the British School, Alexandria, and the London School of Economics, Cairo. He came to the United States in 1945, where he served in the U.S. Armed forces from 1945 to 1947. He joined Skouras Theatres Corporation as an usher in 1947, and became President in 1961.
