Sam Egan is a journalist and a TV writer/producer who worked on shows like Quincy, M.E., The Outer Limits and Sanctuary. He is also the son of a holocaust survivor and the creator of Elvira: Mistress of the Dark.
Write What You Know: Sam Egan based the story of Aaron Zgierski and his family in "Tribunal" on his own family history as his father was a survivor of The Holocaust whose first wife and daughter were killed at Auschwitz. You Look Familiar: Several episodes feature the time-traveler Nicholas Prentice, played by Alex Diakun.
