Tuesday, April 13th, 1976. SACRAMENTO, Apr. 13 — Sandra Good, a follower of convicted mass murderer Charles Manson and former roommate of Lynette (Squeaky) Fromme, was sentenced today to 15 years in prison for conspiring to threaten the lives of business and government leaders.
Sandra Good was born on February 20, 1944 in San Diego, California. Good is a long-time member of the Manson Family and a close friend of Lynette “Squeaky” Fromme . Sandra, the daughter of a stockbroker, saw her parents divorce when she was four years old.
Prisoner ID: 02971-171. Parole Status: Paroled. December 2, 1985. After Manson's conviction, Good moved to Oregon with an ex-con and Aryan Brotherhood member named Steve Bekins. In July of 1972, Sandra was arrested for trying to hide Bekins after he had robbed a supermarket. After Bekins was caught and sent back to prison, Sandy skipped town.
