The main thing I remember about Kazmir was in his very first start against the Red Sox and one of his first MLB starts he got ejected in the 4th or 5th after throwing at back to back hitters. I don’t think the Red Sox had any objection to this as he had a no hitter going at the time! 😀 It was peak 2000s devil ray energy.
