Nov 21, 2012 · My genealogy research shows that my G-Grandmother Cassandra Norris (nee’ Stump) Bristol, was named for her paternal aunt, Cassandra (nee’ Stump) Norris, who married Septimus Edward Norris (1818-1862) of the Norris Locomotive Company. That part of the family line was news, so I am still researching the Norris line and its locomotive history.
