But their third location within the beachfront Naples neighborhood will offer a new twist: Guests can choose from a total of three menus, two of which stray from the Southern family recipes they’re known for.

A twist on the official state dish of Louisiana—a hearty, flavor-packed stew—these Gumbo Fries are loaded with shrimp and sausage, served on a bed of cheesy-Cajun fries.
Another distinctively Orleanian entrée, Louisiana Charlie’s Creole-style Jambalaya is brimful with pork sausage, chicken, shrimp, tomatoes and the “holy trinity.”
Crawfish tails smothered in Louisiana Charlie’s signature rich-and-spicy roux, served with rice and garnished with green onions.
The po’boy sandwich is a Louisianan staple with storied roots. At Seaport’s new eatery, Po’Boy varieties run the gamut from Shrimp and Catfish to Oyster and Beef Hotlink, all served on a toasted French roll and dressed with lettuce, tomato, pickle & remoulade sauce.
Ranging from Cluster Snow Crab to Shrimp, Mussels, Clams or Crawfish, Louisiana Charlie’s fresh-from-the-market Seafood Boils are flavored with a secret blend of Cajun spices then tossed in a mixture of garlic butter and Cajun seasoning. Each served with potatoes, corn on the cob and pork sausage.
A regional delicacy, the Laurent’s have alligator meat flown in from Louisiana on a weekly basis for this menu requisite. The gator legs are generously seasoned, battered in buttermilk and deep-fried until golden.
In addition, Louisiana Charlie’s will soon roll out a program of carnivalesque cocktails, alongside a lineup of southern-style desserts and old-fashioned treats such as beignets, banana pudding, cobbler and more.
