May 17, 2007 · A damped-down return to the Kingdom of Far Far Away, with Shrek (voice of Mike Myers) as an heir to the throne and Fiona (voice of Cameron Diaz) as his bride. The ogre faces challenges from his in-laws, his friends and a rival prince, while he tries to decide whether to become king or not. The movie is visually enchanting but lacks the comic energy and stakes of the first two films.
