Siv Rajendram Eliassen (født 17. juni 1967) er en norsk dramatiker som har skrevet både TV-serier og spillefilmmanus. Hun fikk sammen med Thomas Moldestad Amandaprisen 2008 for beste filmmanus for Varg Veum – Falne engler. Siv Rajendram har tidligere også vært programannonsør i TV 2.
