Oct 2, 2014 · The South Charleston Museum has been is south Charleston since 1989 and is presenting sharing the La Belle theater with the south Charleston CVB. The Museum has a Belgian display at the Interpretive Center at 313 D Street commemorating the Belgians as they had the first business in South Charleston.
