St. John’s Jesuit High School was founded in 1898 and re-established in 1965 as a four-year, college preparatory high school for young men. In 2004, St. John’s Jesuit established the Academy for seventh and eighth grade students, and in 2011, a sixth grade was added to the Academy.
John’s belongs to the Midwest Province of Jesuit schools in the U.S., part of the largest international, oldest educational network of almost 4,000 schools sponsored by the Society of Jesus and rooted in the principals of Ignatian Spirituality, educating close to three million students.
