Hours of Operation Through 11/22, Stan Hywet is open for daytime tours Tuesday - Sunday from 10am-dusk. Last entry is at 4pm. The estate is closed to the public on Monday, including Memorial Day and Labor Day. On 11/24, we switch over to Deck the Hall hours: open select dates 11/24-12/30 from 3-8pm for self-guided tours only of Deck the Hall.

Dec 15, 2020 · Stan Hywet Hall and Gardens is the 6th largest historic home that is open to the public. (The largest is the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina.) It is a National Historic Landmark! The estate had 10 miles of bridle trails for their horses, many of which were international champions.

Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens is open for tours Tues.-Sun from April 1 - Dec. 30; it is closed on Mondays. The historic estate includes a 64,500 sq. ft. Manor House, historic gardens and grounds.
