Stephen Chow Sing-chi (Chinese: 周 星 馳; Jyutping: zau1 sing1 ci4; Cantonese Yale: Jāu Sīngchìh, born 22 June 1962) is a Hong Kong filmmaker, former actor and comedian, known for Shaolin Soccer and Kung Fu Hustle.

Details. Chow Sing Chi (English name: Stephen) is a Hong Kong actor, comedian, screenwriter, film director, and producer. Stephen Chow began as a temporary actor for TVB. He entered TVB in the early 1980s and was trained there, although he had few opportunities to appear in films. Chow graduated from TVB's acting classes in 1982.
