The Walking Dead. Steven Ogg. Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Steven Ogg made his acting debut at age seven when he performed in drag as Betty Boop at the Kiwanis Festival. Ogg continued to act in many local theatre productions until he made his film debut at the age of 10 with in the National Film Board of Canada’s The Red Dress.
