The film is slow and uneventful at times, but the climax is reasonably bloody and gorgeous to look at, and the film's Kennedy Town setting is novel. Great trailer, too. Not surprisingly, the film, which falls into a category between action and drama, did not perform well at the Hong Kong box office.
