Stuart Alan Gordon (August 11, 1947 – March 24, 2020) was an American filmmaker, theatre director, screenwriter, and playwright. Initially recognized for his provocative and frequently controversial work in experimental theatre, Gordon began directing films in 1985.
Stuart Gordon (1947-2020) was a writer, director and producer of horror and fantasy films, such as Re-Animator, From Beyond and Dagon. He also co-created the story for Honey, I Shrunk the Kids and directed several episodes of Masters of Horror and Fear Itself.
