The Studebaker National Museum Archives contains the surviving corporate archives of the Studebaker Corporation, the Packard Motor Car Company and other South Bend area industries. The Archives contain over 70 tons of material (images, engineer drawings, motion pictures, and production orders) that date from the 1850s.

Studebaker was one of the most recognized companies during the early days of our American culture. It was 1851 when the Studebaker family settled in South Bend, Indiana.
