7 reviews of SUDDENLINK COMMUNICATIONS "There's a serious problem with your technicians or your diagnostics at the call center trying to set up cable cards for use with Tivo. The only answer seems to be, gee I can't do anything else - you need a technician to come out and put in a new cable card. You know, that's not hard to do.

SUDDENLINK SUCKS. When I first signed up for TV and internet my package was $120 a month. This was a decent fair price for the package and price not to change for 2 years. HOWEVER, 2 to 3 months later the bill went up to $150 a month and I did nothing different and service did not change.
