   Sunken Gardens is a little old Florida gem of peace and quiet in an increasingly developed St. Petersburg. Right on a main thoroughfare and surrounded by restaurants and the usual city commerce, the gardens are an oasis of green and tropical colors. The plantings are well marked providing education as well. Walking is easy and accessible.
