This film is about two officers O and Sammy who are recruited as " Sunshine Cops", ostensibly two people who will project a positive image of the police in Hong Kong. The scenes where they do their training are silly but fun. They are given makeovers, new clothes etc to project that image.

The title doesn’t immediately conjure up images of a fresh, funky and vibrant action comedy, but that is certainly what is on offer here. Stephen Fung and Ken Chong play two young, good-looking cops who are chosen to head a new campaign: The Sunshine Cops.
