The band have gone through several line-up changes, leaving guitarist Bill Steer and bassist-vocalist Jeff Walker as the only constant members.   7. Symphonies of Sickness is many peoples favorite Carcass album with good reason. This album is full of good riffs, eerie leads, pummeling drums, and absolutely disgusting vocals. No one was as brutal and disgusting in the 80’s and that is not even a competition or up for debate.
