T2 is uproariously funny, from the opening scene to the zany re-visiting all of the old gang. The idiosyncrasies of each guy are accentuated, which adds to the lunacy of tone. Full Review ...
Initially as the movie went through the first hour, I thought it was cheesy nostalgia. but ultimately, although very different from its predecessor, the result was a satisfying and genuinely emotional coda to the original in it's own way. Don't believe the hype, and take it as it's own thing - it's worth the watch.

Trainspotting is a 1996 British black comedy -drama film directed by Danny Boyle and starring Ewan McGregor, Ewen Bremner, Jonny Lee Miller, Kevin McKidd, Robert Carlyle, and Kelly Macdonald in her film debut.
