Tallaght is rough only if you never experienced places with a moderate level of crime and maybe public unrest. I mean, I came from Brazil and lived in Tallaght for almost 3 years when I was living in Ireland. If Tallaght became 50x more dangerous we would still call it a safe and peaceful neighborhood in Brazil.
