Terry Kiser (born August 1, 1939) is an American actor. Besides portraying the deceased title character of the comedy Weekend at Bernie's and its sequel, Weekend at Bernie's II, he has more than 140 acting credits to his name, with a career spanning more than 50 years.
Terry Kiser is a versatile and prolific character actor who has appeared in films, TV shows and stage plays. He is best known for his roles as Bernie Lomax in Weekend at Bernie's, Dr. Crews in Friday the 13th: The New Blood and Terk in Six Pack.

- A stuntman broke a rib while filming the scene where Bernie is dragged behind a boat. Actor Terry Kiser played Bernie in both his pre- and post-death forms, but he left the truly dangerous work to the professionals, one of whom suffered multiple injuries during this boating scene.
