Bad Artephius A.K.A No is the evil half of the Great Mage Sino. No is a evil man who fakes his emotions in order to get something, this is shown when he begged Puss, Dulcinea, Cleevil and Artephius to free him from his chains making himself seem like an innocent prisoner.

No? is the eleventh episode of the second season of The Adventures of Puss in Boots. The episode released on December 11, 2015.
The town is like a ghost town, as everyone has been commanded by the great mage to remain inside until the protection spell is restored. Artephius is working on the spell, with great hesitation. When the great mage has left Dulcinea asks why, and the alchemist reveals most ingredients are used in black magic spells. Dulcinea asks the great mage if the entry phrase will remain the same, and pretends to wonder what it was. When the mage mistakes Mystic treasure with Magic, she realizes he is a fraud, and goes to find Puss.
Uli finds the last ingredient to use in the spell dropped by Artephius, and finishes it, revealing his true intentions for getting close to Puss in Boots.
Never trust strangers as they might harbour ulterior intentions.
