is a prequel miniseries to The Flash. It was originally to be a three-issue comic series releasing monthly from April 26, 2022, and later released as a collected paperback in October 2022, but was postponed to a September release, with its collected edition set to be released on May 16, 2023.

•According to Juan Ferreyra, the comic would be ideally set as a continuation of Zack Snyder's Justice League rather than the theatrical version of the 2017 film. But he ultimately admitted that the issue was out of his control.

- Eliza Harmon. Before Jesse Quick, Eliza Harman was the only female speedster in The Flash TV world. Unlike the speedsters who got their powers from the Speed Force, Harman got her powers from the drug Velocity-9, which had the side effect of giving her a split personality.
- Iris West-Allen. The first time Iris West-Allen suited up as a speedster it was after she was briefly gifted powers from Barry Allen. Their DNA swap essentially meant that for a short period of time Iris actually had a link to the Speed Force.
- Wally West. In the comics, Wally West was the second Flash after Barry Allen died saving the world in Crisis on Infinite Earths. In The CW version of Flash, Wally West was a very different character.
When six gunmen storm the event, Barry changes into The Flash and tries to stop them. While he does save a man's life, he passes out before he can capture the robbers, which frustrates him.
