Mar 9, 2009 · Framed by saloon keeper Luke Starr, the ruthless boss of a Texas frontier town, lawman Jess Carlin takes refuge in a Mexican town and becomes known as The Texican. He breaks his vow never to return to Texas, however, when his brother, the editor of a smalltown newspaper, is murdered after exposing Starr's crooked dealings.
A former Texas sheriff, living in Mexico, goes to Arizona to investigate the murky circumstances under which his brother, a peaceful newspaperman, was killed. Wanted north of the border, Jess Carlin resides safely in Mexico. Then he hears his brother was killed in a gunfight with another man.
