Drug-addled, down-and-out musicians Cheech (Cheech Marin) and Chong (Tommy Chong) finally get a lucky break when two wealthy Arabs, Mr. Slyman (also Marin) and Prince Habib (also Chong), hire them to drive a limousine from Chicago to Las Vegas. What the hapless duo doesn't know is that millions are stashed in the seats of the car.
