Toledo ( / təˈliːdoʊ / tə-LEE-doh) is a city in and the county seat of Lucas County, Ohio, United States. At the 2020 census, it had a population of 270,871, making Toledo the fourth-most populous city in Ohio, after Columbus, Cleveland, and Cincinnati.

Toledo is a city of almost 273,000 people (2019) in northwestern Ohio's Lucas County, on the Maumee River at the edge of Lake Erie. Although not as important as it once was, Toledo's past as an industrial powerhouse gave it cultural institutions that rival larger cities like Chicago .
Toledo, Ohio, is located in northwest Ohio on Lake Erie’s western shores, near the Michigan border. I had visited the Sandusky area a few times but skipped Toledo. On a recent visit, I was surprised to learn that Toledo has several art experiences, beautiful gardens, and is a mecca for history, especially when it comes to Lake Erie.
Toledo is the fourth largest city in Ohio, USA. It was named after Toledo, Spain. It is a large industrial city and has many factories that make things like car parts and glass. Toledo is about an hour south of Detroit, Michigan.
