Aspiring DJ Pete (Michael Begley) takes a job selling vacuums rather than allow his girlfriend, Sheila (Katy Cavanagh), to continue supporting them both as a stripper. His trainer is Tommy (Timothy Spall), a veteran door-to-door salesman struggling to keep his job against replacement online methods being pushed by Web consultant Uki (Caroline Ashley).
