He appeared in dozens of films and stage plays throughout his 50-year career, including the three 1960s Beatles films A Hard Day's Night, Help!, and Magical Mystery Tour.
Actor. 1 September 1929 to 17 June 2012. A versatile performer on stage and screen, Spinetti made notable appearances in The Beatles’ movies A Hard Day’s Night (1964) and Help! (1965). His other films include The Taming of the Shrew (1967) and Under Milk Wood (1972) with television work including Two In Clover (1969-70) and Super Ted (1982-84).
