Apr 21, 2024 · CHS reported here earlier this month on the 1950-built, 1,100-square-foot midcentury modern E Spring home designed by “celebrated pioneer in Seattle’s historic preservation” and father of the Space Needle Victor Steinbrueck hitting the market. It was listed at $995,000 but sold April 10th for $1,207,000.00 according to King County records.
