The Parkersburg–Vienna metropolitan area, officially the Parkersburg–Vienna, WV Metropolitan Statistical Area as defined by the United States Census Bureau, [1] is an area consisting of two counties in West Virginia, anchored by the cities of Parkersburg and Vienna. As of the 2020 census, the MSA had a population of 89,490. [2]
James Madison High School ( JMHS) is a public high school in Vienna, Virginia, United States. It is part of the Fairfax County Public Schools district. According to Newsweek Magazine's 2014 list of the top US high schools, Madison was ranked 93. U.S. News & World Report named it a Silver Medal school in 2010.
The Freeman House Store, formerly the Lydecker Store, is a historic general store located in the Town of Vienna in Fairfax County, Virginia. The house lies in Northern Virginia near the District of Columbia. Built in 1859 for Abram Lydecker, both Confederate and Union Army troops occupied the house during the American Civil War.
