Walter Catlett was a versatile actor, writer and producer who played excitable, officious blowhards in films such as Mr. Deeds Goes to Town, Bringing Up Baby and Beau James. He also appeared in vaudeville, opera and Disney's Pinocchio. He died of a stroke in 1960 at the age of 71.
