About 1913 they began producing their own films, and in 1917 they shifted their production headquarters to Hollywood, California. They established Warner Brothers Pictures, Inc., in 1923.
In 2023, Warner Bros. Pictures Group will continue to produce the industry’s broadest roster of films, featuring the Studio’s DC Super Hero titles, New Line Cinema’s horror titles, thoughtful dramas and smart comedies.
As of 2022, Warner Bros. Pictures Animation has released 10 feature films, which were all released under the Warner Bros. Pictures banner. The company produced its first feature-length film, The Lego Movie, in 2014. Their second production, Storks, was released in 2016, followed by their first spin-off, The Lego Batman Movie, followed in 2017.
