For nearly 3 years, we tried to make it to the stockyards. After multiple canceled trips, we finally visited in mid November 2023. Whether you enjoy western activities, shows, drinking, or just exploring, you’ll find something at the Stockyards.
Jul 19, 2017 · These days, thousands of visitors from all over the world head to the Stockyards to experience Cowtown and a real western experience. Local volunteers still run the world’s only daily cattle drives through the Stockyards, to the delight of the kids and tourists (like us), and thousands of cattle are still sold from the Exchange Building by satellite video.
