  7. New to the Town of Pelham or need to replace a damaged green bin? Visit the Meridian Community Centre at 100 Meridian Way. If your Niagara Region compost bins are damaged and need to be replaced, this can be done at the Meridian Community Centre. Residents will need to bring in proof of residency and the damaged bin for verification.
