Mar 20, 2023 · The metric sizing on the Deluxe and Super Deluxe from RockShox gives the internal components of the suspension more room to breathe (pun indented). Larger shocks can fit more air (duh) which creates a smoother flow of air in the chamber, allows for better gas compression, and softens the ride.
