Nov 13, 2023 · Quick take: With friendly service, decent food and spacious seats, American Airlines business class on the Boeing 777-200 was comfortable, if not remarkable. Pros: There was an excellent selection of lounges in Rome, with good duty-free shopping and efficient boarding. Seats were comfortable and well-padded.

May 17, 2021 · I think of this premium economy seat as business class-lite, as opposed to a better version of economy. Regardless of how you consider it, I'd recommend snagging these seats at the first available opportunity for the most comfortable coach experience possible.
BA Business Class is considerably a better service and experience than BA Premium Economy. Unfortunately in my experience is that the BA Business Class is a good service in its category, but BA Premium Economy is poor in its category – which widens the difference between the offerings.
An extra seat per row in business class is a significant revenue advantage. Seven-abreast or eight-abreast seating on the 777 is equivalent in comfort to six-abreast or seven-abreast seating on competeing airplanes. The business-class cabin accomodates the latest seating configurations.
