I would say 4. It has the most player options, and tools, while not suffering from the extra brain dead AI from 5. You've got a million different takedowns, lots of stealth weapons, you can pickup and move bodies, drag enemies, etc. When it comes to stealth gameplay, I'd say it's 4 > 5 > 3 > 2, not counting the side games.
