As was the case with Whips And Roses I, the liner notes are somewhat generic and do not include much information specific to these sessions and the players involved. That is too bad because the musicianship was adventurous and spectacularly ahead of it's time. The crisp drumming once again fuels Tommy's fusion funk filled forays into the future.
