Whitefish Bay is an unincorporated community on the Lake Michigan shoreline in the town of Sevastopol, Door County, Wisconsin. Native Americans, likely the Menominee, called Whitefish Bay Ah-Quas-He-Ma-Ganing ("save our lives"). Glidden Drive stretches along the shore in Whitefish Bay.
Today, the Village of Whitefish Bay is a predominantly single family residential community covering an area of 2.4 square miles, with a population of approximately 14,000 people. The Village is home to over 4,800 residential properties and over 100 commercial properties. There are approximately 330 businesses located within the Village.
