This is a compilation of David Coverdale's two late seventies solo albums (Whitesnake ('77) and Northwinds ('78)). The music is a solid mixture of rockers, blues numbers and soul ballads with a few funky numbers thrown in. Pretty much the same way as Deep Purple was during his stay and Whitesnake would soon be.
