Nannerl and Mozart made their first public appearance as musical partners in 1762 before Prince-Elector Maximilian III of Bavaria. Prince-Archbishop Hieronymus Colloredo made Mozart a court musician in 1773. Colloredo dismissed Mozart in 1781.
