WSReset.exe and manually deleting the store cache through accessing hidden files do the same thing, but since I'm working with a clean slate computer that has around 5000KB of store cache, nothing fixed the store. May work on older, non-reset computers suffering from this issue for other reasons.
Aug 31, 2015 · I want to have 2 user accounts created, so I did. One administrator, and one standard user account. However, I noticed that the Windows Store doesn't work in the standard user account, while it works in the administrator account. When launching the Windows Store on the standard user account, it shows a message "This app can't open".
