Oct 31, 2019 · When i try to open Microsoft Store same thing happens. A box of copy,paste,undo etc. will pop up and the entire page will flicker really fast. File explorer, google chrome, and everything else dosent have a issue. Works like it should. I have watched many videos as to fix it and nothing helps. Updates & Drivers are up to date.
