Wow/Grape Jam. Cover art for Wow. Wow/Grape Jam is the second album by the rock band Moby Grape. It was first released in April 1968. It is different from most double album releases in that it was released as two different albums in separate covers, but packaged together and sold for only one dollar more than price of a single LP. It is not a compilation. Some were released in a two pocket gatefold while others were released with two covers, Wow being in a single pocket gatefold and Grape Jam being in a standard sleeve. Subsequently Columbia released the discs separately in the USA as Moby Grape - Grape Jam and Moby Grape - Wow in May 1968.

In fact, for 1993’s infinitely better two-disc anthology, Vintage: The Very Best Of Moby Grape, the same label wisely devoted its first disc to that 13-track debut, along with outtakes and live tracks – condensing the best of the rest onto Disc Two. (Listen on the other hand, includes only six songs from Moby Grape.)
